The information you choose to share
The mybetterbib launch form asks for your email address so we can send product-development and Kickstarter launch updates. Joining is optional and is not a preorder. Your submission includes the page path where you signed up, your agreement to receive launch emails, and the consent wording and its version. When JavaScript is available, it also includes the submission time reported by your browser. We do not include the page's search parameters in the signup source.
Where signups go
We currently use FormSubmit to forward signup details to our Gmail inbox at tampropertiesllc@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission, and Google processes the email delivered to that inbox. A successful form message means the submission service accepted your request; it does not verify that you own the address or promise an immediate email to you.
FormSubmit must be activated by the inbox owner before forwarding begins. Its help page says submissions awaiting activation are held for up to 30 days. Its documentation also describes a 30-day submission archive. This temporary setup collects signup requests; it does not automatically send newsletters or confirmation emails to subscribers.
How we use and keep your details
We use the launch list only for mybetterbib updates and do not sell email addresses. We keep signup records in our inbox while they are needed to manage those requested updates. When we move to an email-list service, we may transfer your email and consent record to that service for the same purpose and update this page. We remove records when they are no longer needed or when you request deletion, except for limited information needed to honor an unsubscribe request.
You can unsubscribe or request deletion now by emailing tampropertiesllc@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up. Future launch emails will include an unsubscribe option. You can also contact that inbox with questions about your information.
Cookies, analytics, and hosting
This website does not add analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or browser storage for signup information. Fonts and images are served with the site. Our hosting and form providers may process request information, such as your IP address and browser information, to operate their services and prevent abuse.
If JavaScript is disabled, the form opens FormSubmit's submission page, which may ask you to complete a CAPTCHA. That service may use cookies under its own privacy policy. Google's handling of Gmail and any Google CAPTCHA is described in Google's privacy policy.
Third-party links
Articles link to retailers, manufacturers, and reference organizations. Their websites have their own privacy policies. Visiting those links does not share your launch-list email with them through this website.
Parents and caregivers
This website is written for adults caring for children. The email form is intended for adults and does not ask for a baby's name, health details, birthday, or other personal information about a child.

We will update this page when the signup service or privacy practices change. The update date above will reflect those changes.
